Today.

Gabriele Spangenberg is a character from the belgian Cartoon series "Michel Vaillant".
The „Team Vaillant“ is the most epic and successful racing team in the history of mankind.
Part of this team is a german Lady called Gabriele Spangenberg. This is so close to my own name, her racing passion and background so similar to my own that it is just to good to be true.
I started this blog as a cooking and racing diary in 2010. Because there wasn‘t a person left around me who was prepared to hear about cars anymore.
The only time I don't talk about cars is when I race them. In Racing there is no place for talking. A little swearing perhaps, but no talking. The only other time I don't talk about cars is when I cook. When I started Mealsandwheels three years ago, I cooked a lot. I cook a little less now. But I race more. Life is good. Welcome to my planet!
